evm_verifier_version_dir

Versioned directory name for the EVM halo2 verifier artifacts stored under ~/.openvm/halo2/src/ (e.g. v2.0-base). The -base suffix matches the openvm-solidity-sdk layout for verifiers with deferrals disabled, which is the only config cargo openvm setup --evm generates.
